Terms & Conditions

These terms apply whenever we agree to sell our goods to the exclusion of any other terms.

You are responsible to us for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by you and for giving us the correct delivery information to enable us to supply the goods to you.

We reserve the right for reasons of continuous improvement, to make changes to the items shown on this website. In order for us to update and improve our range, we reserve the right to remove selected items from time to time.

All pricing is subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

We do our best to limit variations in colour, but owing to technical constraints there may be differences in colour between our products and the images of them on the website. There may also be minor variations in colour between different batches of the same products.

While we use reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the website, we makes no warranties or representations as to the website’s accuracy. Every effort has been made to provide accurate product images, however all images provided on the Website are intended as an approximate guide only. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the website. 

Online orders are processed as they are placed at the site. If you are placing your order after 5 pm ICT(local BKK time), it will be processed the following day.

Kindly noted that orders are not shipped on Saturdays-Sundays, or during holidays. The shipment schedule is based on the date your order is received.

You will receive an email receipt when you place the order and you may use the order number on that receipt to request order tracking.

You may order products by selecting and submitting your order through the site in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Any order placed through this site for a product is an offer by you to purchase the particular product or item for the price notified (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) at the time you place the order.

We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through the site.

You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate details when asked to do so by the site.

We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including if the requested product or such item is not available, if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the site or in your order.

Each order placed for products through the site that we accept results in a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those products. For each order accepted by us, we will supply the Products in that order to you in accordance with these terms and conditions.

If we reject an order placed through the site, then we will endeavour to notify you of that rejection at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time after you submit your order.

Please noted that orders are NOT shipped the same day they are received. Lead times may vary by item.

An item that is in-stock at a manufacturer's facility in Thailand will generally be shipped within 5-7 days from the date you place your order.

Unless indicated as in stock, most products/ items are not available for immediate shipping and may have a lead time prior to our shipping to you.

For products/ items not available in stock, please contact Sales Team or Customer Service for approximate leadtime.

Once we place our purchase order to obtain the products you ordered we may not be able to cancel the order, or if cancelled there may be a charge up to the full amount of the product price.

We provide Free shipping around Thailand via Thailand Post Service for indicated products or items only.

Online order shipping calculations are determined by the weight of the order and the distance of the shipment at ground commercial rates.

For International customers, please contact Sales Team to calculate the shipping fees to your destination before confirm your order.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the packages carefully before signing for them, including opening the package to make sure there is no concealed damage.

If the products are damaged in any way, please refuse receipt of the damaged items. Once you sign for a product free and clear with a freight or small package carrier our ability to file a claim for the product is eliminated and it is your responsibility to file the claim and make arrangements for settlement with the carrier.

If you are displeased with anything about your shipment please contact us immediately. Please have your order number, shipping information and any available tracking number ready so we can assist in the process if possible.

To cancel or modify order, please contact us via Hotline, Line OA, Facebook Messenger, or Email with subject "Cancel My Order" or "Change My Order".

Order corrections must be made within 6 hours from order replacement. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you cancel an order before the day of despatch, then no fees or charges will apply to that cancellation unless it is a custom made product or is an item we do not normally stock and you have requested we procure the product for you.

If your order is missing a product, contain a damaged item, or other concerns, please contact Customer Service via Email, or Facebook Messenger, or Line OA for further investigattion and recovery process.

Please noted that we accept exchanges only.

We regret that no refund will be made.
